Welcome to the Rhydin Planes Forum, everyone. Bear with me as I continue to make these forums ...more... pleasing to the eye. For now its real simple, basic, and provides a foundation for a community.

I know you all must have questions about these forums. Your probably wondering where the website is? Well, truthfully. I'm no webmaster, if it wasn't for phpBB free forums, you wouldn't be here reading this now. Heh. Hopefully, as I continue to work on the Rhydin Planes. I can capture the hearts of those with the skills to make projects like a website.

Now, let me introduce myself to you. As I'm sure your probably thinking,.. "Oh great,.. another pw designer with big ideas, but no substance."

Let's start off, with who I am as a person.

I was born and raised in Chicago. I loved video games, especially the final fantasy series. I was exposed to D&D, and thankfully might I add. The kinds of things that I could of been exposed too during my "unique" childhood... Let's just say it was a blessing. Hehe. Anywho, I moved out to California with dreams of making it into Showbiz. It wasn't soon enough that I realized that not all dreams come true. I put my talent to the side, and took up a real job. As life dealt one blow after another, I began to question my purpose in life. It was made clear to me that I have a gift for decorating, and creating beautiful environments. I spent my free time playing RPGs, and MMOs.. until finally Neverwinter Nights was released. Lets just say.. I went bonkers! And the rest is history... You can practically follow a timeline of my progress with NWN on the Vault. You'll see right off the bat, that my endurance with my ideas is neverending. Constantly upgrading, updating, and progressing with each new way of thought. And that's me in a nutshell.

The Idea behind the PW.

I'm not saying I'm the best at anything, and that my ideas are any better then the others. All I ask is that you give me a shot. This PW I've been putting together you can say is the underdog of the NWN community. I'm the only one on the staff. (I wish there were more... but I can't force it.) However, I do believe in the idea behind the PW. Its the same idea I started with when I began my role playing in text based chatrooms. Accepting all ideas, not saying.. "No.." but saying.. " Yes! and then this happened.." Rhydin is a world that never stops evolving, there is always a new face to be seen. A new story to tell. A new adventure to experience. Thats what I think will make Rhydin a great "persistent" world.

I bear my soul to you all, becuase I want everyone to know that I'm approachable. I'm not this omniscient admin, that everything must be okay'd with. Sure, I've got great "divine" plans, yes... but I'm nothing without you there to experience what I have to offer.

So to finish this post off, I'd like to welcome you from the depths of my heart, to the Rhydin Planes...
