Iskatu, I understand. But what I mean is that sometimes conversations like these need to happen so that we all know where we're coming from. So that we can show our true natures to one another and learn to deal with each other. Thats what being apart of a team really is. Not only working with one another, but learning how to deal it. Its important. If we hide behind our candy coated fronts, then we'll never know what we truly think of one another. Wither it be good or bad. Anyone can type a post, and anyone can voice thier opinion. But it takes,.. lack for a better word... balls to back it up and to listen to others.
